Now the company's management system is carried out in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China. At present the company has set up six departments. They are International Business Department， Finance Department， Technical Department， Casting & Forging Factory， Machine Manufacturing Factory， Sales Department. It has formed an all-around modern enterprise integrating machine manufacturing， foundry， forging etc. Senze company possess four machinery processing bases of different scales. Today it has 147 sets of machines tools of various models. In 2005， it was appraised by the local municipal committee to be the second largest foreign exchange-earning private enterprise. At present Senze company has 566 employees， and all the employees possess qualification certificates. Among them， there are 8 senior engineers， and 10 engineers. Professionals from technical schools amount for 80％ of the frontline workers. There are 11 employees with senior professional title， and 74 employees with intermediate professional title， pooling a group of professionals engaging in machinery processing， metallurgy， and foundry. The single product can reach maximum 40 tons， and the maximum diameter can reach 13 meters. The casting and forging factory of our company is the only private company in Henan that certificated by the classification societies.
